This will be the final conference in the regional MEKARN Program, funded by Sida, which began in 2001, and was extended in 2005 until the present.

The objective of the Conference is to give MEKARN-supported researchers the opportunity to present the results of their research corresponding to funds received in late 2011.

Details of the dates, and titles of presentations with abstracts, will be made available in March this year.
